事例 １．

Help! I ordered a Aptiva S-78 & MM70 Monitor on Dec.14 1996,
almost a month ago, but I have not received it yet....
Please check if the order has processed. And if it has been,
Please let me know when you shipped My Aptiva, and let me know
"Airway Bill Numbers"by DHL.

事例 ３．
Thank you for your mail.
A lot of Japanese including me can not do a conversation by the
telephone using English.
Inform me about necessary information at once in E-Mail about
whether or not it is FAX.
Making it be possible to do the reception of FAX from now and its
waiting for your contact.
I would appreciate as speedy a response as possible. Thank you!

事なんですよ。
結局断りきれず電話させられたんですけど(^^;
事例 ４．
I received PDA600 today,Thank you.
However, I was disappointed by the way of the order processing of
your shop. I hoped for sending-off with the airmail and paid it
by $ 35 but you sent my luggage by surface mail.(Surface mail
cost was $8!)
Also, you didn't make an answer to inquire by E-mail, too.
It is totally beyond my understanding.
In Japan, such a shop is called "SAITEI"...
(本日PDA600を受け取りました。ありがとう。
しかしながら、あなたの店の応対には落胆しました。
私は航空便を希望して$35払ったのに、商品は船便で送られてきました。しか
も切手代は$8!
それにメールでの私の問い合わせにも返事を寄越しません。
こういったことは私にはまったく理解できません。
日本ではこういう店を『最低！』といいます。。。）
