Our motto is Speedy and Accurate translation. It goes without saying that we strictly obseve confidentiality of our clients. Our price is reasonable as well. We are confident of high quality of our translation as we keep constanly and adequetly linining up educated native English speaking translators as well as top grade Japanese translators who are not less able in English than native speakers are.

We only do translations with the first class translators in each field, namely: Law, Finance, Medcine, Technical English and others. Oftentimes, however, we get involved in interpretation at the request of our client.

Our president, Mr. Kannbara, has some twenty-year backgrounds both as a commercial banker and an investment banker, having played a pivotal role in the vanguard of financial world with extensive knowlege about finance, accounting, legal documentation in general and securitization of receivables and syndication, in particular. With excellent command of English, he has full responsibility over translation as a whole.

• Regarding Uregent Business, we get directly invoved.
• Main Translation is both from E to J and from J to E..
• In princile, E to J is translated by a veteran Japanese translator with expertise in that specific field. On the other hand, J to E is translated by a native English speaker who is well-versed in Japanese language, namely; Americans, Britons, Canadian etc. with, again, expertise in that specific field.
• Translation of other languages is also available; Not only other major languages such as German, French, Russian, Korean and Chinese but also special languages such as Scandinavian, Finish and others.
• Concerning the scope of our translation, we deal with Economic and Management Fields such as Securities Markets, Finance, Asset Management, Accounting and Business in general, Legal Fields such as Real estate, Distributorship agreement, Joint venture agreement and License agreement, Patent and Technical Fields such as Chemical, Electronics, Machinery and Computers, furthermore, Medical Fields. You may think that translaors are nothing but translators but it is not true. Unless youunderstand the content very well, which needs the understanding of specialized fields, you will not be able to come up a good translation.
• Our company is supported by well over 70 external translators who concluded a subcontractor agreement with us. They are legally bound by the confidential clause in our agreement. Everyone has his or her specialty. About 50 % of them are expatriates who understnd Japanese very well. Their educational level is is extremely high and many of them have either Master degree or Doctor degree.

Graduated from English Fuculty, Foreign Language Dept. Sophia University in 1970
Completed MBA at University of Scranton in 1973 on ana exchange program with full tuition and room and board scholarship.

Work experience: 1973-1995

He had been either a commercial banker or an investment banker. Engaged in Foreign Exchange Business: export, import and dealing. Loan Business: Financial Analysis, Credit extension, and Credit control including preparation of legal documents and collateral management and Marketing. Loan Loss Recovery: experienced court battlees concerning Corporate reorganization, Bankruptcy and Composition. Securities Business: Underwriting such as New Issue and Syndication. He ended up as Representative of BHF Bank.
