Midi Recorder/Player

イタリアのPaoloさんからMIDI Recorder/Playerの製作報告を頂きました。

まだプロトタイプの制作中だそうです。
フロッピータイプのシーケンサの代わりにパイプオルガンのコンソールに内蔵して使ったり、外部メモリは着脱可能な基板に（ちょうどスマートカードのように）して、演奏データの移動が出来るように工夫されています。

PCB、ケースともたいへん綺麗に製作されています。ケースの印刷が見事だったのでお聞きしたところ、シルクスクリーンで印刷されたとのこと。実に手間がかかっています。

I've started to build my version of the MIDI data rec-player.
Just wayting for memories.

I'm evaluating if it is possible to use a sort of connector and more than one group of memories, to extend time for recording,
in the same way, for example, as photo cameras.
This means I can put the recorder-player inside the consolle of a pipe organ, and the player can remove memories and use with another recorder-player at home, connected to his-her computer, the same way he used floppy with old-style " sequencer".

This is just the starting of my second prototype.
This is the main PCB, I still need some other PCBs with memories with the dimension of a "smart-card" to put into the connector ( the small black box below the PIC16f84).

Next version will have memories on board plus connector for external memories.
