能力低下の主体は日常生活動作(ADL)です。
ADL評価法で知っておくべきものをあげておきます。二大評価法としてはFIM, Barthelです。日本では自家製評価法がまだ多いようですが、信頼性妥当性を検証をするのが大変ですから、デファクトスタンダードに乗ることも大切でしょう。
