執事との対面チェス。 白番、イングリッシュ・オープニング、負け。 序盤中盤とうまく進め、パスポーンを通して残りは、 狙ひ通りの bad bishop-good knight (*1)の形だつたのだが、 時間切れのため目のつぶれるやうな手を連発し敗北。 何箇月も対面のチェスにブランクがあつたので、 時間の使ひ方が分からなくなつてしまつてゐるやうだ。
今日も朝から激しい日射しと熱波の中、出動。 昼休み時間もファイナンスシンポジウム準備のミーティング。 午後もまた仕事。
夕食は焼き魚、納豆、胡瓜の糠漬、オクラの味噌汁。
*1: bad bishop-good knight: 通常はビショップの方がナイトよりも少し強いとされるが、 特にエンドゲームにおいて、 働きの悪いビショプ対、働きの良いナイトが残つた局面。 主な理由はパリティ(ビショップは同色のマスしか動けない)と、 ブロック(ビショップは他の駒を追い越せない)。
